Diana Carter came to us from Texas Rehab Hospital of Keller. She came with a bruised head from a fall along with an infection that was being treated. She had some difficulties transferring, walking, with pain management.
This gal loves her Hallmark movies and spending time with family. With the support of her son and family she was determined to get back to her normal life. With our help and daily participation in Therapy she met her goals.
She was very sweet and adorable. We are excited for her success to continue to be involved in the community at an Active Senior community!
